Register for 1, 2, 3 or all 4 tracks. Only one track per day can be attended live. If you register for both tracks on the same day, you will be sent the recording to watch the track you missed after the event. Continuing education will be awarded for viewing live and/or recordings.

ATTENDEE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, notify TAHC&H, Attn: Jessica Campbell via fax or email (jessica@tahch.org). A 90% refund will be given if written request is received by 5/3/23. A 50% refund will be given if a written request is received 5/4/23- 5/9/23. No refund will be made the day of the conference or after.
